Explore our project for the ground floor of an end-of-terrace house (one of three storeys in the same property).

The clients wanted a complete refurbishment of the property and debated whether to extend the ground floor by three metres into the back garden (they wanted to see how the space would look if it remained the same size versus an extension).

They requested a semi-open space where the kitchen is separate but can be seen from the lounge area and to include a cloakroom if possible, but not under the stairs (hence why it is only shown in the extension version).

Their style is bold and modern, with an emphasis on bright colours.
